Services for Seniors in Sonoma County

Services in Sonoma County include care consultation, ongoing care coordination, conservatorship, money management, and transportation. Our Friendly Visitor program helps decrease isolation and supports socialization, providing reqularly scheduled visits by volulneers who act as our “eyes and ears” for changes in activities of daily living.
