Since 1999, our L'Chaim Adult Day Health Center has provided outstanding medical, rehabilitative, and social services to thousands of elderly and disabled clients.

At L'Chaim, we offer a variety of services under one roof, specially tailored to meet individuals' and families' needs in a warm, supportive, and friendly atmosphere. Our staff of professionals provide nursing and personal care; case management; physical, occupational, massage, and speech therapy; nutritional counseling; and recreational and socialization activities. Transportation, hot lunch, and snacks are also provided. Our goals are to maintain and enhance our clients' health; help them to remain independent in their homes and community for as long as possible; and reduce the likelihood of their falling, visiting the emergency room, or remaining hospitalized for prolonged stays, and avoiding premature institutional care.

Building Community

Center hours are 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:30 - 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Staff are available 8:30 am - 7:00 pm on those days. We offer a sliding scale fee and free services to Medi-Cal participants.
