Legacy Study Tour

Legacy Study Tour

Join us in an amazing journey of a lifetime. High school and university students are invited to join JFCS and Lehrhaus Judaica faculty in interactive trips to learn about Jewish history and the Holocaust.

Past participants have traveled to Europe and Israel to visit impressive new museums and memorials in Berlin; walked the silent paths of Auschwitz-Birkenau with a Holocaust survivor; celebrated a Shabbat in the historic Jewish neighborhood of Krakow; and explored life in Jerusalem.

In the spring of 2013, the Legacy Study Tour will offer a domestic Holocaust study tour. Participation is open to students of all backgrounds, and scholarships are available.

Morgan Blum, Director of Education, JFCS Holocaust Center, and Peretz Wolf-Prusan, Lehrhaus Judaica's Rabbi and Senior Educator, lead the Legacy Study Tour faculty.

Legacy Study Tours are offered in partnership with the Taube Foundation for Jewish Life and Culture.
