Help the Hungry

Food prices are going the way of fuel prices, and there are more people asking for help—including working people who have never had to ask for this kind of assistance before. Our food is flying off the shelves... and it's going out a lot faster than it's coming in.

So we are making a special appeal to replenish the shelves of our Food Pantry and ensure a supply for those in need. With your help, we’ll continue to provide grocery bags for:

• homebound seniors living on fixed incomes
• low-income young families
• adults with disabilities
• individuals in temporary crisis

You can make a difference:

$50 will buy one bag of groceries to feed someone for a week.
$200 will buy groceries to feed someone for a month.
$500 will buy groceries to feed a single parent family for a month.

Your contribution earmarked for the Food Pantry will enable us to purchase nutritious foods, including fresh produce,-and to pack the bags with the special health and dietary needs of the recipients in mind.
