Summer Programs

There are plenty of ways for tweens and teens to get involved in Jewish service learning, gain work experience, and/or engage in ways to give-back to those in need in our community over the summer school break.

Summer High School Internships

YouthFirst offers summer internships to qualified 10th, 11th, and 12th graders taking place in June and July each year. The internship program is a terrific opportunity for high school students to gain valuable work experience. Teens work with one of JFCS’ 40 programs or with businesses and organizations throughout the communities we serve on the Peninsula and in San Francisco and Marin Counties.

Summer Impact Camp

Summer Impact Camp is a summer day camp, designed for youth entering grades 6th – 8th in Marin County. This one-week summer camp program teaches students about social issues that affect our community and how JFCS and other social service agencies address these needs.
