Judy Lynch, RN, BS, MAOM
Director, Seniors-At-Home
Ms. Lynch joined JFCS as Director of Seniors-At-Home in January 2005. She oversees JFCS' geriatric division, designed to help individuals, particularly seniors and the disabled, to remain independent in their own homes. She is responsible for the program planning, direction, and development of our continuum of home-based services, ensuring excellence in standards of care and compliance with oversight bodies. She has 30 years of experience in senior care, including home healthcare in various healthcare delivery systems. Ms. Lynch served as Director of Home Health at Visiting Nurses and Hospice of San Francisco/California Pacific Medical Center and Director of Clinical Operations and Managed Care at Alliance Home Care Management in Walnut Creek. In addition to many years of consulting experience, she has also served as a Clinical Instructor in the University of San Francisco School of Nursing. She has an M.A. in Organizational Management and is certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNCC) and Public Health Nurse (C-PHN).
