 Academic Counseling

Teens can drop by at YouthFirst any time to meet with a full-time staff person who can help you with any questions that you might have dealing with SAT preparation, college searches, admissions, essay-writing and financial-aid applications. You can even pick up a financial aid application for JFCS?s financial aid program. Also available at YouthFirst are copies of college handbooks detailing every aspect of the college application process, from preparing academically for college, to picking a school, to applying for admission and financial aid. The handbooks are constantly being updated as new material becomes available.
