Living Creatively with Chronic Illness/Disability - This group is for persons under age 60, living with chronic physical illness/disability. Meets weekly for 12 weeks. Anger Management Group - a psycho-educational group for developing strategies and techniques to manage anger |
Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group
- an educational group for the learning and practice of emotion regulation, distress
tolerance & interpersonal effectiveness. Must be referred and concurantly in individual therapy.
Pre-registration interview required.

Expressive Arts Group - a weekly support group for caregivers (therapists, nurse, doctors, social workers) for replenishing and nurturing ourselves using art, music, imagery, poetry, creative writing and sharing. |
