Mentoring
Parents Place's On The Mark Mentor-Tutor Program is proud to be LGBT friendly. We welcome adults to become mentors and families who may be looking for additional adult role models for their children. Youth 8-18 years of age are matched with adult mentors for supportive friendships and tutoring as arranged per pair. Mentors are all carefully screened and trained before they are matched with youth mentees. Call Taylor Epstein at 415/359-2463 or email TaylorE@jfcs.org for more information.

The LGBT Leadership Committee
is a group of community members who care about bringing quality, accessible social services to the LGBT community. Through educational, social, strategic planning, service and fundraising activities, the Committee raises awareness of JFCS in the LGBT community, and it develops resources to help JFCS in its work. For more information, contact Eliot Klein at ElliotK@jfcs.org.
