Bridges is a free newsletter filled with information of particular interest to interfaith families. Each issue contains a full page of events, workshops, and programs, along with informational articles. It is published a few times a year to coincide with the Jewish holidays. The Interfaith Center at the Presidio
This is a Bay area regional grassroots organization dedicated to building friendly, mutually supportive relationships among people from different faith traditions. The Cetner cares for and operates the Main Post Chapel in the Presidio of San Francisco, part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area of the National Park Service. They have a chapel available for worship and meditation, for personal ceremonies such as weddings and memorials, as well as various interfaith, community and performance events.

Interfaith Connection
The Interfaith Connection, housed at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, is a program that
addresses the special needs of interfaith couples where one of the partners is Jewish. Interfaith
Connection offers discussion groups, panel discussions and lectures, and Jewish holiday workshops.
Topics of the panels and lectures include wedding planning, other life-cycle events, parenting,
grandparenting and others.

Jewish Family and Children's Services
Interfaith Outreach Program
JFCS provides services and support for interfaith couples and families, and the institutions that serve them, through a variety of innovative programs including support groups, counseling for individuals, couples and families, educational workshops and seminars. A speakers bureau is being developed; workshops have included Making Relationships Work seminars, and Creating a Shared Spirituality for Interfaith Couples.

Tiferet
Tiferet is a consortium of five East Bay Conservative rabbis and the Executive Director of the Jewish Family and Children's Services of the East Bay. Working under the aegis of a grant from the Walter and Elise Haas Fund, the Tiferet Project is addressing the issue of intermarriage within the Conservative Jewish community.

Union of American Hebrew Congregations - Jewish Choices Initiative
Provides resources and information about the many interfaith programs offered in
Reform congregations. Rabbi Berk also refers couples to rabbis who will perform

Dovetail Institute
Dovetail Institute for Interfaith Family Resources provides interfaith couples, their families and friends, and the professionals who serve them, with educational and networking venues and opportunities. DI-IFR also conducts and reports on research of concern to interfaith families. Their services include publication of a journal and books, national conferences, and an e-mail group.

Jewish Outreach Institute
Since 1988, the Jewish Outreach Institute has been a leader in the development of Jewish community-based outreach programming. The Rabbinic Center for Research and Counseling
Founded in 1970, the Rabbinic Center for Research and Counseling is the first organization established to promote research on intermarriage and to serve the needs of intermarrying and intermarried couples. The Rabbinic Center provides a list of rabbis who officiate at intermarriages, conducts and promotes research on intermarriage, offers premarital and marital therapy for intermarried couples and their families, and presents a variety of programs specifically geared to the needs of intermarried couples.
