My Favorite Noodle Kugel from Marci Dollinger You’ll need: 1 lb. wide egg noodles 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream 2 cups cottage cheese 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup raisins (optional) cinnamon graham cracker crumbs Boil noodles for the minimum time and drain in cold water. In a large bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and vanilla. Melt butter and use 1/2 amount in mixture. Fold noodles (and raisins) into mixture. Pour the remainder of the melted butter on bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter. Fold in noodle mixture. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown. Cut into squares and enjoy!
